SUBSCRIPTION
 - If you want to subscribe to Neokem please submit the appropriate subscription form.
 - Subscription is necessary for online ordering and accessing to some products data, such as safety data sheets and technical data sheets of the products.
 - Once you have submitted, please give us sometime to activate your account. You will be notified by email as soon as your account will be activated.
 - Please note that this restricted area is dedicated to Neokems partners and clients. Therefore Neokem keeps the right to refuse the acceptance and the activation of any account. In such case, all the data submitted will be instantly deleted from our database.

ORDERING PROCEDURE
 - Simply follow the steps indicated in the order form and add items in the basket.
 - Select a preferable delivery date for the goods (ATTENTION: The date indicated by the user is for informative purposes only and will help us to organize better our deliveries. The preferable date submitted is not obligatory for the deliveries of our goods)
 - Modify quantities in the appropriate box
 - Click on Remove button to delete an item from your basket
 - Click on Recalculate button to clear the form and choose another product
 - Once your order is ready to be sent, click on CheckOut button to send it to Neokem
 - Neokem keeps the right to modify or even cancel any online order submitting through this site. In such case, Neokem will contact the client for further information about the reasons of the modification or cancellation. Any online order submitted through this website could be also modified by the client itself, only under clients further and in-time request.
